First single off The Strokes new album

2. Kim & Jessie - M83
This French electronic/dream pop band needs to come out with some new tunes... but this will do for now

3. Dance Hall Days - Wang Chung
Perfect background music used in Mark Wahlberg's The Fighter (2010) when Dicky Eklund is doing heroin with his buddies

4. Make Some Noise - Beastie Boys
The Beastie Boys are back

5. Firecracker - Ryan Adams
Upbeat tune from my favorite Ryan Adams album "Gold"

6. Circuital - My Morning Jacket
The first single off of MMJ's new album which comes out in May

7. Party Girl (live) - U2
Oldie but a goodie

8. Racing In the Street '78 - Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band
Excellent alternate version of this classic Springsteen song

9. This Time Tomorrow - The Kinks
Not a big fan of The Kinks but still a catchy song

10. The Caravan (Live - The Last Waltz) - Van Morrison ft. The Band
Amazing performance.. finally found a Youtube video to go along with the song, but it probably won't be up for long

-- Powerful song off of Brandon Flower of The Killers solo project "Flamingo"

6. Life in Vain - Daniel Johnston
-- Beautiful song from a man who has fought bipolar disorder his whole life while still being able to influence many great musicians around today

7. Hometown Hero - Big K.R.I.T.
-- The next big thing in rap

8. Escape is at Hand for the Travelin' Man - The Tragically Hip
-- One of my favorite Hip songs

9. Hospital Beds - Cold War Kids
-- Eerie tune from this Californian band

10. For the Money - Fabolous ft. Nikki Minaj
-- The best remix out there of Gucci's "Lemonade"
